1. Who we are
TopUp.Cash (the "Service", "we", "us") is operated by FastPay Lab, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of the service — peer-to-peer intermediation
TopUp.Cash is a software platform that facilitates intermediation between two distinct categories of users:
- Account Managers — independent business users who collect funds in local currency from their own clients in order to top up a destination account (for example, a Wise or Revolut account, or any equivalent service).
- Payers — members of the public who pay an Account Manager via a payment link generated through the Service.
We do not custody funds, we are not a bank, we are not a money-services business, and we are not a party to the underlying payment. We provide hosted software (payment-link creation, ticketing, references, ledger and reconciliation tools). The contractual and commercial relationship for any specific top-up is between the Account Manager and their Payer.
3. Eligibility & account creation
Account Managers must be at least 18 years old and create an account using a valid email address verified by one-time code. Payers do not create an account; they only interact with a payment link prepared for them by an Account Manager.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- process payments for illegal goods or services, fraud, or money laundering;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent the purpose of a payment;
- circumvent sanctions, export controls or applicable financial regulations;
- scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
5. Fees
Account Managers set the service fee that is displayed to their Payer on the payment link. TopUp.Cash may charge Account Managers a platform fee (consumed as credits) for creating payment links or completing top-ups. Pricing in the app at the time of use is authoritative.
6. No fiduciary or banking relationship
Funds flow directly between the Payer and the Account Manager's own bank account details, which the Account Manager enters and maintains in the Service. FastPay Lab, Inc. never holds, touches or controls those funds.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastPay Lab, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data or business opportunities arising out of or related to the Service.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of Wyoming.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
