Legal Request Form

Last updated: June 29, 2026

This page is maintained by FastPay Lab, Inc. (Wyoming, USA), operator of TopUp.Cash, and describes how the TopUp.Cash service actually works today.

Thank you for your inquiry. In light of the current threat landscape and our commitment to the safety of information we hold on behalf of users, we ask that any legal, regulatory or rights-holder request be submitted in writing with sufficient detail for us to verify the requester and the legal basis of the request.

1. Who can submit a request

  • law-enforcement agencies and prosecutors with appropriate jurisdiction;
  • regulators and financial-intelligence units;
  • courts and arbitrators;
  • rights-holders, data subjects, or their authorised legal representatives exercising a right under applicable law.

2. How to submit

Send your request by email to legal@topup.cash from an official domain. We accept signed PDFs and originals attached as PDF. All requests and supporting documents must be in English, or accompanied by a certified English translation; we do not process requests submitted in other languages.

3. What to include

  • your full legal name, role and authority to act, with a verifiable contact at the requesting organisation;
  • the specific legal basis (statute, court order, warrant, subpoena, regulatory power, GDPR / CCPA right, etc.);
  • the precise information sought — for example, a payment-link reference, ticket identifier, Account Manager email, or transaction date range;
  • the purpose of the request and the reason it is necessary and proportionate;
  • a preservation request, if applicable, and your preferred secure return channel.

4. What we hold (and what we don't)

TopUp.Cash is a peer-to-peer intermediation platform. We do not custody funds, do not collect usernames or phone numbers, and do not collect government identifiers. The data we may hold is limited to Account Manager email, display name, bank-account details they entered, payment-link metadata (amount, currency, reference, ticket status), and basic security logs (IP, timestamps, user-agent). We cannot produce records we never collected.

5. Processing time

Each request is generally reviewed within fifteen to twenty (15–20) business days. Complex or high-volume requests may take longer; we give no guarantee that a response will be issued within that period.

6. Notice to users

Unless prohibited by a formal legal instrument (such as a court-ordered non-disclosure, warrant, or applicable statute), we may notify the affected Account Manager before disclosing any information about them.

7. Costs and abuse

We reserve the right to reject unlawful, overly broad, or unauthorised requests, to request additional verification, and to charge reasonable costs for compiling responses to particularly burdensome requests, to the extent permitted by law.
